Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics seeks a Regional Sales Director to drive regional launch and growth of its first commercial product. You will translate national strategy into regional execution, lead a high-performing team of territory managers, and ensure alignment with compliance standards and Mineralys values.

The territory includes New Orleans, LA and surrounding areas; up to 60% travel may be required. This role demands pharma sales leadership and proven launch experience within a fast-paced biotech

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in a district / regional manager role.
• Prior launch experience; first-launch / startup biotech experience preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension or related markets preferred.
• Strong business planning, analytical and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional launch planning and execution to ensure market entry success.
• Translate national strategy into actionable regional plans and field priorities.
• Lead a team of 8–12 territory managers to achieve sales and market share targets.
• Monitor market dynamics and adjust strategy in real time.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support launch readiness and execution.
