Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Sales/Client Representative in Las Vegas to expand and manage a regional commercial client base in the landscape construction industry. You will prospect, present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals across multiple segments in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, proven field sales success, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask across a large territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the landscape construction industry.
• Experience in the service industry with commercial contract sales.
• Extensive face-to-face selling experience at mid-to-senior levels.
• Proven track record of sales goal attainment.
• Capability of managing multiple projects and multitasking in a large territory.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience prospecting/hunting and qualifying new business opportunities.
• High energy, commitment, and results-driven salesperson.

Responsibilities

• Manage a regional sales pipeline from early opportunity lead prospecting, proposal development, contract negotiations, to contract closing.
• Communicate proactively with internal and external decision makers and influencers
• Cultivate, nurture, and maintain relationships and expectations with prospects and key customer decision makers.
• Collaborate with experienced and highly skilled team members to drive sales opportunities
• Plan daily to effectively qualify and close business opportunities to achieve individual and regional sales goals
• Create and present compelling customer-centric proposals.
