Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4-years).
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in financial services recruiting.
• Proven understanding of broker dealer products and processes.
• Experience recruiting advisors in financial services.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; independent worker.

Responsibilities

• Manage advisor recruiting pipeline and report results to stakeholders.
• Communicate value proposition and evaluate advisor practices for asset portability.
• Create a high-volume flow of qualified candidates via referrals, networking, and marketing.
• Build partnerships between corporate and field leadership to meet recruiting goals.
• Extensive phone work and relationship management are essential.
