Ameriprise Financial in Minneapolis is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to coach financial advisors and grow their practices through client acquisition, net flows, and effective practice management.

In this remote-capable role, you will partner with field leadership, build growth cohorts, deliver learning labs, and drive the Four Disciplines of Execution. Travel as needed and support growth initiatives across territory and national events.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Active Series 7 or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Active State securities agent registration (S63 orS66) or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Active State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Coach advisors to grow their businesses through client acquisition, net flows, and practice management.
• Partner with field leaders to drive results across geography via cohorts and labs.
• Travel with Field Leaders to territory and national functions; present to groups virtually or in person.
• Develop growth plans with leading and lagging indicators; facilitate behavior change.
