Job summary

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Manager, Franchise Recruiting and Engagement to lead recruiting and development for Novice/Experienced Advisors and acquisitions within the territory. You will partner with FFVP, franchise consultants and advisors to drive engagement and growth across corporate and regional initiatives.

Remote work is allowed with potential travel; strong project management and relationship management skills are essential to scale onboarding and program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Ability to work independently with high initiative, while also comfortable working with a team to drive results.
• Ability to create and implement change, drives results, and holds others accountable.
• Strategic focus with ability to translate vision into tactical actions.
• Extensive project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high quality recruiting and career path effort for Franchisee Staff, Novice/Experienced Advisors and External Practice Acquisition hires.
• Develop and manage a diversified sourcing strategy with high quality lead flow.
• Screen and conduct interviews, present opportunities, and guide all steps from sourcing to hiring and development.
• Lead annual Advisor Business Planning to drive participation and capture growth goals.
• Drive advisor engagement in Growth Programs and training events.
• Oversee onboarding for new hires and practice acquisitions, creating tailored onboarding plans.
