• Maintain an organized Salesforce pipeline with specific next steps.
• Communicate recruiting status to internal leaders and search firms.
• Ensure smooth transitions between departing and new Recruiting Directors.
• Support diversified sourcing with hubs, marketing, lead management and firms.
• Coordinate with partner teams to ensure unity across resources.
