Job summary

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Senior Recruiter for Field and Branch Management to partner with business leaders and drive hiring across branch and field roles within our Wealth Management business across the United States. You will support critical talent needs including branch leadership, supervision and risk functions, as well as advisor development programs.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience in recruitment within sales-driven, field-based, or financial services environments.
• Exposure to commission-based roles or performance-driven hiring models.
• Experience supporting distributed teams or branch networks preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement — confident working with sales leaders and field teams.
• Excellent collaboration with talent acquisition operations, HRBPs, and compensation partners.
• Strong understanding of key drivers of success in sales roles, including motivation and incentives.
• Ability to assess candidates beyond resumes and evaluate potential, impact and fit.
• Experience hiring at pace across concurrent needs in a high-volume environment.
• Clear, concise communication to drive informed hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive hiring across field roles including branch operations, leadership, supervision, risk, and regulated roles.
• Partner with branch and sales leaders to define role requirements and support confident hiring decisions.
• Understand sales drivers and candidate motivation to identify high-potential hires.
• Review and prioritize candidates, providing actionable recommendations to leaders.
• Partner with HR to align role scope, pay positioning, and hiring outcomes.
• Leverage market insights to build pipelines and prioritize candidate pools.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, competitor activity, and local dynamics.
• Maintain momentum across multiple roles to deliver timely hires in a fast-paced environment.
