Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. invites applications for a Regional Quality Manager. This remote role requires regular travel to project sites in the Southwest region to train field teams, conduct audits, and enforce QA/QC standards across PV EPC projects.

You will develop quality plans, manage nonconformances, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients to ensure high-quality, compliant installations. Candidates should have 5+ years in solar QA/QC and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality management in solar/renewable energy
• Quality certifications such as ASQ/ISO 9001/PMP desirable
• Engineering degree and OSHA certifications desirable

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with QMS/SOLV SOPs and contract requirements
• Establish and improve quality systems for compliance with standards and regulations
• Monitor project quality via inspections and audits; ensure AHJ and code compliance
• Oversee testing, inspection and evaluation of materials and processes in PV projects
• Provide training on QA/QC practices and company standards to project teams
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, suppliers, and clients on quality issues
• Document inspections, audits, corrective actions; report findings to management
• Conduct frequent audits on documentation, installation procedures and vendor performance
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (5-Why or 8D) and implement CAPAs
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure regulatory compliance
