Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA and QC for PV EPC projects in the Southwest. This remote role requires regular travel to project sites, clients, suppliers and regulators.

You will develop quality plans, lead audits, conduct root-cause analyses, and train field teams on SOLV’s QMS, SOPs, SWIs and CAPA procedures, ensuring compliance with AHJs and industry standards. Requires 5+ years in solar quality management, relevant certifications (ASQ/ISO 9001/Six Sigma/PMP),

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in quality management for solar/renewables.
• ASQ/ISO 9001/Six Sigma or PMP certifications desirable.
• Bachelors degree in engineering or related field; OSHA training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy Quality Management System and project contracts.
• Lead QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and AHJ requirements.
• Perform regular inspections, audits, and root-cause analyses; initiate CAPAs.
• Train project teams on quality practices and SOLV SOPs, SWIs, and MOPs.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, suppliers, and clients to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain documentation and produce reports for management and clients.
• Proficiently use Sunscreen software for documentation and QA tracking.
• Conduct audits on documentation, installation procedures, and vendor performance.
