Job summary

Sanofi seeks a Regional Business Director for Pulmonary in the Southeast, primarily remote in the US. You will lead an 8–12 person Specialty Sales team selling Dupixent for Asthma to pulmonologists, drive regional plans, and partner across medical, payer, and field teams to execute the launch strategy.

You will coach field reps, develop territories, and ensure alignment with national goals while managing budgets and advertiser/promotional activities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required for the role.
• 8+ years of sales experience in pharma/healthcare.
• Willingness to travel for meetings/trainings; valid driver’s license.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and lead a Specialty Sales team (Area Business Managers).
• Oversee sales, managed markets pull-through, speaker development, promotions, and budgets for the region.
• Develop regional business plans aligned with national goals and available resources.
• Be the clinical data expert influencing product promotion and market trends.
• Spend substantial time in field coaching and development of reps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner with Regeneron co-promote programs.
• Travel ~60% to support field activities.
• Report to the corresponding Zone Business Director.
