• MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead an 8–12 person Specialty Sales team.
• Oversee all aspects of sales, managed markets pull-through, speaker development, and budget management.
• Develop regional business plans based on national goals and resources.
• Be an expert in clinical data affecting product promotion and market trends.
• Travel ~60% to support field reps and coaching.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to hit sales objectives.
