Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to drive cost control and scheduling across PMO projects valued from $10 million to $250 million. You will report to the Project Controls Director and work with stakeholders as a billable resource to manage budgets and schedules.

Ideal candidates bring outage planning, cost tracking, and large-scale maintenance experience, with Primavera or MS Project proficiency and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is desirable; candidates with 2 years of direct experience may be considered with a HS diploma or equivalent.
• Direct outage planning, cost tracking, and large-scale maintenance project experience preferred.
• Experience building cost-loaded schedules and reporting outages to senior management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and update large PMO project schedules (L3/L4).
• Budget load, track actuals and estimate at completion for outages.
• Review contract terms and ensure invoices align with progress.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet project teams.
• Mentor and train team members on scheduling and cost tracking.
