Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to lead cost control and scheduling for PMO projects valued up to $250M, including outages, expansions and maintenance. The role reports to the Project Controls Director and involves travel to sites to audit costs and support regional planners.

Ideal candidates have outage planning and cost-tracking experience, strong knowledge of Primavera or MS Project, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with outage planning and cost tracking is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to load budgets, track costs, and forecast completion.
• Experience reporting outage performance to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Create and update large PMO project schedules (L3/L4).
• Load budgets, track actuals, and estimate at complete costs.
• Review payment terms and schedule client invoices.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet project teams.
• Mentor planners and cost resources; manage external resources.
• Support Primavera scopes of work for outages and PMO projects.
• Prepare regional cost, schedule, and cashflow reviews.
• Ensure KPIs and dashboards are accurate; lead team calls.
• Contribute to Post-Outage Reviews with lessons learned.
