Reworld is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to drive cost control and scheduling for PMO projects valued up to $250M. You will work with cross-functional teams, including site planners and vendors, to ensure accurate cost tracking and on-time delivery.

You will mentor team members, manage cost and schedule risks, and support regional planning refreshes and monthly reviews. Travel to sites is required, and a strong command of Primavera and MS Project is essential.

Qualifications

• Outage planning and cost tracking experience preferred.
• Experience building cost-loaded schedules and tracking outages.
• On-site tracking of large outages and reporting to leadership.
• Strong communication with senior management on outages.

Responsabilités

• Create and update large PMO project schedules at L3/L4 levels.
• Load budgets, track actuals, and estimate at completion for outages.
• Review payment terms and align invoices with progress.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet project teams.
• Mentor other team members in scheduling and cost tracking.
• Support development of standard outage scopes and regional planning.
