Job summary

Andritz AG is seeking a Regional Product Manager to lead profitability and growth for the Engineered Parts and Solutions line in the Pulp & Paper Service area. The role involves providing technical and selling leadership, pricing strategies, and strategic market expansion.

You will collaborate with sales, service, and product teams to deliver value to customers in the paper and tissue industries and drive market share growth.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary level education in paper technology, engineering, automation, technology, or similar.
• 3+ years technical sales, service and/or product management experience.
• Experience in the pulp and paper industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for profitability and growth of the Engineered Parts and Solutions product line.
• Promote solutions for customer needs.
• Ensure efficient execution of inquiries and orders.
• Provide technical and commercial direction to the sales force; develop proposals, product costing, and pricing.
• Maintain annual budget and develop strategic solutions with other product groups.
