ANDRITZ is seeking a Regional Sales & Service Manager for Pulp & Paper Stock Preparation to drive growth and profitability across North America. You will engage mills and service teams to identify opportunities, improve equipment performance, and deliver innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical sales, field service, or related roles, with strong engineering and communication skills, and is prepared to travel ~75% across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical sales, field service, product management, engineering, operations, or related industrial environments.
• Strong mechanical and process troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a customer-focused environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75% throughout North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth and profitability of the stock preparation service portfolio across North America.
• Identify service, upgrade, rebuild, optimization, and aftermarket opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Develop proposals, pricing strategies, and business cases that drive profitable growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pulp and paper customers and provide technical and commercial guidance.
• Support sales growth through effective customer engagement and solution development.
• Analyze market trends and collaborate with regional/global teams to expand opportunities and enhance customer value.
