Job summary

ANDRITZ in Massachusetts is seeking a Product Manager for the Engineered Parts & Solutions team to deliver product and service solutions to customers in the paper and tissue industry and lead strategic planning to expand target product market share and drive growth.

You will lead pricing, service sourcing, and parts sourcing with technical and selling leadership, directing proposals, budgeting, and cross‑functional collaboration to improve profitability and market position.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in paper tech, engineering, automation, technology, or similar.
• 3+ years in technical sales, service and/or product management.
• Experience in pulp and paper industry preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret specs.
• Service mindset with customer focus.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and SAP advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own profitability and growth of Engineered Parts and Solutions.
• Promote customer-focused solutions for market needs.
• Ensure efficient handling of inquiries and orders.
• Provide technical and commercial direction to the sales force; develop proposals, costing, and pricing.
• Manage production and purchasing decisions with profitability in mind.
• Maintain annual budget and collaborate with other product groups on strategic solutions.
• Analyze market position and craft strategies to grow share in target markets.
• Develop marketing and promotion strategies and contribute to R&D.
