Job summary

Andritz AG is seeking a Regional Product Manager for the Paper Machine Engineered Parts & Solutions Team in the US Southwest or Springfield, MA. You will lead product strategy, pricing, and market expansion for engineered parts and services in the paper and tissue industries.

You will collaborate with sales, service, and engineering to optimize profitability, manage inquiries, and develop proposals and costing. A strong technical background and customer focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary level education in paper technology, engineering, automation, technology, or similar.
• 3+ years technical sales, service and/or product management experience.
• Experience in the pulp and paper industry is preferred.
• Solid mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with SAP and AutoCAD is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the profitability and growth of the Engineered Parts and Solutions product line.
• Promote solutions for customer needs.
• Ensure the efficient execution of inquiries and orders; provide technical and commercial direction to the sales force; develop proposals, product costing, and pricing.
• Manage production & purchasing decisions with a focus on profitability and competitive impact.
• Maintain annual budget and develop strategic solutions with other product groups.
• Maintain understanding of market and competitor landscape and craft a strategy to grow market share.
