Fire-Dex, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and profitability across CO, IA, MT, ND, NE, SD, UT, and WY. The role is based from a home office with travel to end-users and distributors.

Will manage relationships, lead presentations, and coordinate dealer activity, leveraging experience in multi-step distribution and end-user sales to expand market share and hit annual targets.

Qualifikationen

• College degree or equivalent.
• Experience in multi-step distribution and end-user selling.
• Fire industry experience preferred.
• Residence in the territory (CO, IA, MT, ND, NE, SD, UT, WY).
• Willingness to travel 110–130 days/year.

Aufgaben

• Relationship building and management
• Generating direct contact with end-users and build strong, strategic relationships
• Distributor management to maximize revenue and market penetration
• Developing and presenting sales presentations and demonstrations to regional fire departments and distributors
• Creating product specifications for end-users
• Focusing on pull-through marketing activities
• Serving as the role of business advisor and distributor executive management
• Conducting classroom and in-field training of distributor sales representatives
• Coordinating and supporting sales activities with dealers
• Organizing, setting up and exhibiting at regional trade shows
• Occasionally hosting dealer and/or customer visits to our corporate office and factory
• Gathering, recording and updating competitive data and sales strategies
• Traveling: 110-130 days per year, with 90-100 overnights
