Job summary

MCR Safety Group, a Bunzl company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the North Central region, including MN, ND, SD, and WI. This remote, field-based role requires residence within the territory.

Responsibilities include strategic account planning, distributor relations, and end-user engagement. Travel ~60% is required to meet with partners and customers, with a base salary of $85–95K plus car allowance.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of outside sales experience.
• Experience in PPE, industrial safety, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Proven ability to build and grow distributor relationships.
• Proficient with SAP ERP and Dynamics CRM.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales quotas and revenue goals.
• Develop strategic plans for distributor accounts.
• Build relationships with distributors, end users, and decision-makers.
• Travel up to 60% of the time.
• Demonstrate products and provide training to distributors and customers.
• Maintain CRM records and sales activities.
