MT Talent Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the PPE and industrial safety sector. This individual will own a multi-state territory, building distributor partnerships and direct end-user relationships to drive revenue growth.

You will travel 2–3 days per week, manage forecasts, and partner with distributors to expand market share. The role emphasizes hunting new business, nurturing key accounts, and delivering annual growth with autonomy and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in PPE or industrial safety.
• Strong knowledge of industrial distribution channels and distributor sales.
• Demonstrated success growing revenue across multi-state territory.
• Hunter mentality with ability to prospect and build pipeline.
• Willingness to travel overnight 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategy to grow revenue and share across multi-state territory.
• Identify and secure new business via distributors and end users.
• Build relationships with distributors and key accounts.
• Collaborate with distribution partners to drive product adoption and joint sales initiatives.
• Manage territory planning, pipeline, and forecasting.
