Job summary

PIP Global Safety is seeking a Workwear Product Sales Manager to lead product growth and training across the North Central region. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Product Management to empower the field and distributors with the knowledge they need to succeed.

This role requires 3-5 years in sales, product support, or training, with strong presentation skills and CRM proficiency. Expect up to 50-60% travel to customer sites and events, and frequent cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support sales objectives for assigned products by providing product expertise and field support to sales personnel.
• Conduct product training sessions for internal sales teams, distributor partners, and end users.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to develop sales tools, presentations, and training materials.
• Assist in launching new products, ensuring effective communication of features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
• Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape and provide insights to Sales and Product Management.
• Gather market feedback on customer needs, product performance, and opportunities for enhancement, sharing findings with Product Management.
• Participate in forecasting, budgeting, and growth initiatives through data collection and reporting.
• Analyze and report on product performance and adoption across regions.
• Represent PIP at trade shows, distributor events, and customer visits as a product expert.
• Ensure adherence to Company policies and use of CRM and sales technologies to support growth.
