Job summary

CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange is seeking a Regional Manager for the Summer Work and Travel program. You will lead a field team focused on aggressive placement growth, host relationships, and participant support across a defined territory in the U.S.

You will coach staff in sales and account management to ensure rapid, high-quality placements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain program quality, satisfaction, and compliance while guiding strategies to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years of sales success in B2B or related field.
• 3–5 years of people management experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales leadership by managing a team responsible for selling to new hosts and renewing relationships.
• Set individualized sales goals and pipeline targets; coach to exceed seasonal goals.
• Create outreach strategies to engage new hosts and renew existing relationships.
• Develop and deploy host-centric community events to maximize sales.
• Provide gold standard account management to host accounts, building long-term relationships.
• Track and report sales and placement results; adjust tactics for success.
• Consult with hosts on hiring strategies to maximize placement results.
• Work cross-functionally with compliance, participant services, and internal teams for host satisfaction.
