Job summary

Fuze Health, a leading healthcare innovator, seeks a Senior Manager of Pharmacy Operations to drive regional performance across multiple fulfillment sites in the US. You will lead Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient experience, safety, quality, and delivery while ensuring compliance.

You will implement standardized processes, monitor KPIs, apply Lean/Kaizen, and oversee inventory, staffing, and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations leadership, including multi-site operations.
• Experience leading high-volume fulfillment operations in regulated environments.
• Experience managing teams with strong controls, quality standards, and risk management.
• Proven track record of developing leaders and driving accountability across sites.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with analytics/BI tools like Excel, Tableau, Looker.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operational strategy, execution, and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance and operational readiness per federal and state regulations and internal standards.
• Mentor and develop a team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers; support succession planning.
• Establish standardized processes, tools, and resources for site-level execution.
• Define and monitor KPIs across safety, quality, cost, productivity and timeliness.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other methodologies to reduce waste and improve workflows.
• Oversee inventory management, workforce planning, and space utilization with site leadership.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract, retain, and develop talent.
• Analyze P&L and operational data to guide decisions and drive improvements.
• Serve as escalation point for significant site events and risk mitigation.
• Oversee audit, quality assurance, and compliance reviews; ensure inspection readiness.
• Lead regional implementation of corporate initiatives and ensure site readiness.
• Support new site launches and organizational transitions for scalable growth.
