Yanmar Compact Equipment North America is seeking a Regional Parts & Service Manager for the South Central region. This field-based leadership role focuses on aftermarket growth, dealer capability, and customer uptime across the territory.

The role partners with dealer principals, parts managers, and service managers to drive revenue, improve CSI/NPS, and implement One Yanmar standards and training programs. Travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years in parts management, service ops, aftermarket support, or dealer development.
• Experience supporting dealer networks in OEM environments.
• Proven success managing parts programs, warranty administration, and service operations across multi-location networks.
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive territory aftermarket parts and service revenue growth.
• Develop and execute dealer-specific business plans to increase parts sales.
• Support customer retention initiatives and dealer profitability strategies.
• Promote participation in One Yanmar dealer programs and initiatives.
• Drive utilization of dealer support programs and tools.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure rapid resolution of quality, warranty, and technical support issues.
• Lead CSI and NPS improvement initiatives with dealers.
• Partner with dealers to improve customer experiences and uptime.
• Act as liaison between dealers and internal support teams.
• Implement training and development plans to strengthen dealer performance.
• Drive adoption of dealer tools and systems (Dealer Portal, YDS, SA-Diagnostic, SA-Remote Telematics).
• Standardize dealer parts and service best practices.
• Provide coaching to improve dealer operational effectiveness.
