Job summary

Yanmar Compact Equipment North America is seeking a Regional Parts & Service Manager to lead aftermarket growth across the Western US. This remote role partners with dealers to increase parts and service revenue, improve uptime, and ensure One Yanmar standards across multi-location networks.

You will manage dealer performance, implement training, oversee warranty administration, and drive inventory health and program adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years in parts management, service operations, aftermarket support, or dealer development.
• Experience supporting dealer networks in an OEM environment.
• Proven success managing parts programs, warranty administration, and service operations across multi-location networks.
• Ability to travel extensively within the Western US.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory aftermarket parts and service revenue growth.
• Develop dealer-specific business plans to increase parts sales.
• Support customer retention and dealer profitability strategies.
• Promote One Yanmar dealer programs and initiatives.
• Lead CSI and NPS improvement initiatives with dealers.
• Oversee warranty administration and maximize recovery.
• Train and develop dealer personnel to improve performance.
• Ensure healthy parts inventories and forecasting accuracy.
• Conduct monthly business reviews and drive action plans.
