Job summary

Yanmar Compact Equipment North America, Inc. is seeking a Regional Parts & Service Manager for the South Central region to lead aftermarket growth, boost dealer capability, and improve customer uptime.

This field-based leadership role partners with dealer principals, parts managers, and service teams to drive revenue and service excellence across North America. The position requires strong commercial and operational acumen, travel across the territory, and a commitment to One Yanmar service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in parts management or aftermarket support.
• Experience with multi-location dealer networks.
• Willing to travel extensively in assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive territory aftermarket revenue growth.
• Develop dealer-specific business plans to increase parts sales.
• Support warranty administration and service operations.
• Improve dealer performance and customer retention.
• Collaborate with dealers and internal teams to ensure uptime.
