Job summary

Yanmar Compact Equipment North America, Inc. is seeking a Regional Parts & Service Manager to lead profitable aftermarket growth across the South Central region.

This field-based role partners with dealer principals and internal teams to elevate service standards and revenue, while improving customer uptime and satisfaction across North America. The role requires strategic thinking, program adoption across dealer networks, and a commitment to One Yanmar standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years in parts management, service ops, aftermarket support or dealer development within construction/ag equipment or related industries.
• Experience supporting dealer networks in an OEM environment.
• Proven ability to drive performance improvement and revenue growth through dealer partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive aftermarket parts and service revenue growth in territory.
• Develop and execute dealer-specific business plans to increase parts sales.
• Lead CSI and NPS improvement initiatives with assigned dealers.
• Provide coaching and training to strengthen dealer performance.
• Drive adoption of dealer programs and tools (DMS, SA-Diagnostic, SA-Remote Telematics).
• Conduct monthly business reviews and monitor KPIs to ensure targets are met.
