Job summary

Yanmar Compact Equipment North America is seeking a Regional Parts & Service Manager to drive profitable aftermarket growth across the South Central region. You will strengthen dealer capabilities, improve customer uptime, and lead dealer partnerships to deliver measurable business results.

This field-based leadership role requires strong commercial acumen, operational experience, and the ability to execute One Yanmar standards with dealers nationwide. Travel across the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in parts management, service operations, aftermarket support, or dealer development.
• Experience supporting dealer networks in an OEM environment.
• Proven track record in parts programs, warranty, and multi-location/dealer networks.
• Ability to drive performance improvements through partnerships; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive aftermarket growth and dealer revenue; own business plans per territory.
• Lead CSI/NPS initiatives and warranty recovery; partner with dealers on uptime.
• Coach dealers in training and best-practice adoption; ensure tools usage.
• Manage parts inventories, forecasting, and availability to support service ops.
• Conduct monthly business reviews; monitor KPIs and take corrective actions.
• Collaborate across teams to align with One Yanmar standards.
