Yanmar Compact Equipment North America, Inc. is seeking a Regional Parts & Service Manager for the South Central region. The role leads aftermarket growth, strengthens dealer capabilities, and enhances customer satisfaction across a broad territory in the United States.

The position blends commercial acumen with operational expertise, requiring collaboration with dealers and internal teams to deliver measurable results and improved uptime for customers. Travel across the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years in parts management, service operations, aftermarket, or dealer development.
• Experience supporting dealer networks in OEM environment.
• Proven ability to drive performance and revenue through dealer partnerships.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive territory aftermarket parts and service revenue growth.
• Develop and execute dealer-specific business plans to increase parts sales.
• Support customer retention initiatives and dealer profitability strategies.
• Drive adoption of dealer support programs and operatinal best practices.
• Act as liaison between dealers and internal support teams; provide coaching and training.
