Job summary

Yanmar Compact Equipment North America is seeking a Regional Parts & Service Manager for the South Central region to drive aftermarket growth, strengthen dealer capabilities, and improve customer uptime across North America. This field-based leadership role embeds One Yanmar standards into dealer activities.

You will partner with dealer principals and internal teams to deliver measurable business results, conduct monthly business reviews, and lead training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years in parts management, service operations, aftermarket support, or dealer development in construction or agricultural equipment.
• Experience supporting dealer networks in an OEM environment.
• Proven success managing parts programs, warranty administration, and multi-location dealer networks.
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance improvement and revenue growth through dealer partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive territory aftermarket parts and service revenue growth.
• Develop and execute dealer-specific business plans to increase parts sales.
• Lead CSI and NPS improvement initiatives with dealers.
• Promote One Yanmar dealer programs and initiatives.
• Drive adoption of dealer support systems and tools, including portal, YDS, SA segments.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with assigned dealers.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive corrective actions when necessary.
