Job summary

Yanmar Compact Equipment North America, Inc. is seeking a Regional Parts & Service Manager to lead profitable aftermarket growth across the South Central region.

You will partner with dealer principals, parts managers, and service teams to elevate performance, drive revenue, and improve customer uptime. The role is field-based and highly visible, requiring strategic planning, governance, and hands-on coaching to deliver measurable outcomes across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in parts management, service operations, aftermarket support, or dealer development within construction or agricultural equipment.
• Experience supporting dealer networks in an OEM environment.
• Proven success managing parts programs, warranty administration, and service operations across multi-location or national dealer networks.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive territory aftermarket parts and service revenue growth.
• Develop and execute dealer-specific business plans to increase parts sales.
• Support customer retention initiatives and dealer profitability strategies.
• Promote adoption of One Yanmar dealer programs and initiatives.
• Drive utilization and penetration of dealer support programs.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans to achieve objectives.
