Job summary

HauglandEnergyGroup seeks an experienced Overhead T&D Director of Operations to lead multi-region infrastructure projects. This is a remote position with occasional travel to the assigned territory.

You will direct strategy, align regional managers, manage budgets, schedules, and safety, and implement performance metrics to meet enterprise objectives. Strong leadership and ERP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of utility construction or related field experience.
• Experience managing multiple locations or business units.
• Strong project management, financial reporting, budgeting, and controls.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and process improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct business strategy and operations across multiple regions to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company objectives.
• Align the General Manager and Regional Managers around operational prioritization, workforce strategy, and resource optimization to support enterprise objectives.
• Direct operational performance, project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Develop and implement operational processes, procedures, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve operational plans, capital expenditures, and major project initiatives.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to operational management teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all regions and departments.
