Job summary

HauglandEnergyGroup seeks an experienced Overhead T&D Regional Manager to oversee operations in an assigned geographic region. This is a remote role with travel to sites as needed to manage projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will coordinate with Project Managers, field personnel, and customers, review budgets and forecasts, and ensure ERP data accuracy while leading project teams to deliver high‑quality infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in utility construction.
• Experience on overhead and underground electric utility distribution and transmission systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for projects within an assigned geographic region.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Manage project schedules, staffing levels, equipment utilization, and resource allocation.
