Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Regional Operations Leader for Power & Energy to support delivery across multiple regions and offices, including remote capabilities. You will oversee P&L, project margins, EBITDA, DSO and staff utilization while guiding operational excellence and safety initiatives.

The role partners with Business Line Leadership, HR, Finance and Project Accounting to optimize client outcomes and financial performance, with a focus on scalable processes and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in operations or related leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of project financials, team dynamics, client relationships, staffing and resource requirements.
• Proactive problem-solving and clear communication skills.
• Leadership showing commitment, reliability and accountability.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams with focus on efficiency and financials.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Line Operations Director and leadership on P&L, revenue generation, project margin, EBITDA, DSO and delivery.
• Lead operational excellence, training, reporting, quality and safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Strategy Growth Team and Project Delivery for alignment and performance.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow and recovery plans; identify risks and opportunities.
• Support growth strategies and strategic recruitment; focus on employee experience and safety.
• Assist in project/client negotiations and readiness reviews of key projects.
