Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma seeks a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - Central to lead payer access across a broad Central footprint. The role is remote and field-based, focusing on Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois and surrounding states, building relationships with payers and IDNs to drive market access for our rare disease portfolio.

You will own account strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure launch readiness while navigating Medicaid and commercial payer dynamics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in biotech/pharmaceutical roles with regional payer experience.
• Strong understanding of payer policy, Medicaid/FFS, and formulary dynamics.
• Ability to present complex clinical data to stakeholders and payers.

Responsibilities

• Lead access strategy and execution across Central region payers and IDNs.
• Manage relationships with regional commercial payers and Medicaid programs.
• Develop and execute account plans to support rapid access for products.
• Coordinate with Medical, HEOR, Marketing, and Sales to tell the value story.
• Ensure launch readiness and resolve access barriers in collaboration with teams.
