BridgeBio is seeking a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - Central to lead access strategy and execution across multiple Midwest and surrounding states. The role manages regional payer accounts, Medicaid programs, and IDNs for BridgeBio's rare disease portfolio, ensuring launch readiness, formulary review, coverage, and access issue resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

This remote/field-based role requires 50-60% travel; strong relationships with payers, deep payer sector

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years biotech/pharmaceutical experience, incl. at least 5 years in regional payer account management.
• Solid understanding of the payer sector, incl. Medicaid (Managed/FFS).
• Ability to understand and present complex clinical data for approved indications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships across regional payers, Medicaid programs, and IDNs.
• Own enterprise account strategy for major payers and coordinate execution with regional teams.
• Develop and execute account plans for Blue plans, regional payers, Medicaid-focused orgs and provider-sponsored plans.
• Profile formulary and policy review processes and coordinate with cross-functional teams to tell the value story.
• Communicate payer policy changes to field teams and support pull-through after access wins.
