Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - Central to lead access strategy and execution across multiple Midwestern and Central states. You will build and manage relationships with regional payers and IDNs, drive launch readiness, and navigate formulary and policy processes to ensure rapid patient access for BridgeBio’s rare disease portfolio.

The role requires extensive experience in payer account management, strong understanding of Medicaid and provider networks, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in biotech/pharmaceuticals with at least 5 years in regional payer account management.
• Solid understanding of payer sector, including Medical/Pharmacy Benefit Designs, current legislation, and Medicaid (Managed/FFS).
• Ability to understand and present complex clinical data for approved indications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage senior-level relationships with regional payers and IDNs across the Central territory.
• Own enterprise account strategy and coordinate with regional leaders for execution.
• Develop and execute account business plans to secure rapid and durable access for approved products.
• Profile formulary and policy review processes and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value stories.
• Communicate payer policy changes to field teams and sustain knowledge of Medicaid policy and market dynamics.
