Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma seeks a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - Central to lead access strategy across a broad Central geography, including Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and more. You will manage relationships with regional payers and IDNs, shape formulary access, and drive launch readiness for rare disease programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years biotech/pharmaceutical experience, including at least 5 years in regional payer account management.
• Solid understanding of the payer sector, Medicaid/FFS, and PBM dynamics.
• Ability to understand and present complex clinical data for approved indications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with regional commercial payers and IDNs in the Central territory.
• Own enterprise account strategy for key payers like HCSC and CareSource and coordinate with Regional Account Directors.
• Create account-specific business plans to support rapid and durable access for approved products.
• Profile formulary and policy review processes, utilization management, and key decision makers; align cross-functional teams.
