Job summary

BridgeBio seeks a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - Central to lead access strategy and execution across a broad Central territory in the U.S. The role partners with Field Reimbursement, Sales, Medical, HEOR, Marketing, and Pricing and Contracting to ensure launch readiness and durable payer coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience, including at least five years in regional payer account management.
• Solid understanding of the payer sector and Medicaid policies.
• Ability to present complex clinical data for approved indications.
• Travel 50-60%. (Requirement)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with regional payers and IDNs.
• Own enterprise account strategy for the Central portfolio and coordinate with regional teams.
• Develop and execute account-specific plans to support rapid and durable access for approved products.
• Profile formulary and medical policy review processes; coordinate with cross-functional teams to tell the value story.
• Communicate payer policy changes to field teams and sustain knowledge of Medicaid policy.
