BridgeBio Pharma seeks a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - Central to lead access strategy across the Central US region. This remote, field-based role manages payer relationships and formulary coverage for a growing rare disease portfolio.

Responsibilities include developing enterprise account plans for Blue plans and Medicaid-focused payers, profiling formularies, coordinating with Medical, HEOR, Marketing, Trade, Pricing and Contracting, Field Reimbursement, Sales, and Operations to

Qualifications

• 10+ years in biotech/pharma, including 5+ years in regional payer account management.
• Deep knowledge of payer sector, MB designs, Medicaid (Managed/FFS).
• Ability to present complex clinical data for approved indications.
• Willingness to travel 50–60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with regional payers and IDNs in Central territory.
• Own enterprise account strategy for Blue plans and Medicaid-focused groups.
• Create account-specific business plans to enable rapid access.
• Profile formulary and policy review processes; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Communicate payer policy changes to field teams and maintain knowledge of Medicaid policy.
