Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - Central to lead access strategy and execution across the Central territory. This remote, field-based role covers Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

The role focuses on payer relationships and formulary access for BridgeBio's rare disease portfolio. You will manage key accounts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop account

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical regional payer account management.
• Solid understanding of the payer sector, Medicaid and related designs.
• Ability to present complex clinical data for approved indications.
• Travel: 50-60% of time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain senior-level payer relationships across regional payers and IDNs.
• Own enterprise account strategy and coordinate with affiliates and state execution.
• Create account-specific business plans to support rapid access for products.
• Profile formulary and policy review processes; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Communicate policy changes and support pull-through after access wins.
