BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - Central to lead access strategy across Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The role is remote and field-based, with strong preference for candidates residing within the geography.

The Director will manage relationships with regional payers, Medicaid programs, and IDNs, ensuring launch readiness, coverage, and alignment with Field

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 10 years in biotech/pharmaceutical industry with regional payer experience.
• At least 5 years in regional payer account management.
• Strong understanding of payer design, Medicaid and managed care programs.
• Ability to present complex clinical data to diverse stakeholders.
• Travel approximately 50–60% of the time.

• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with regional payers and IDNs in the Central territory.
• Own enterprise account strategy and coordinate execution with affiliate teams.
• Create and execute account plans to support rapid and durable access for products.
• Profile formularies and policies, drive value storytelling with cross-functional partners.
• Communicate policy changes to field teams and manage access barriers.
