Job summary

The Toro Company seeks a Regional Business Manager to drive sales and profitability across Latin America and the Caribbean. This role oversees Commercial Golf, Irrigation, and parts across the region, building strong distributor relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

Reporting to the VP of International, you will travel about half the time, lead a regional team, and develop market strategies from Bloomington, MN HQ with a global footprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales & marketing experience across multiple distribution channels.
• Proven ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication for complex business negotiations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to accomplish goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual business plans to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Coach, mentor, and lead sales staff.
• Drive distributor development and identify new market opportunities.
• Coordinate field issues with Customer Care and support cross-functional teams.
