Job summary

ClearCaptions is seeking a flexible, results-driven Assistant Regional Manager to drive growth across the territory. This remote, US-based role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and oversees PT TTSMs in installation, training, and revenue generation through new customer acquisitions and referrals.

You will recruit and train staff, ensure compliance, and coordinate with Customer Support and Salesforce documentation. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales/territory teams and achieving quotas.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and coach staff.
• Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of networks and devices.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, retention, and service quotas daily to yearly.
• Recruit, orient, and mentor territory staff for success.
• Oversee 25–30 hours per week for PT TTSMs and ensure policy compliance.
• Coach teams on customer installations and referrals to grow revenue.
• Travel domestically for training and site visits as needed.
• Manage territory results and communicate performance and issues.
