Job summary

ClearCaptions is seeking aRemote-based Assistant Regional Manager to lead PT TTSMs, drive new customer acquisitions, install and train customers, and grow revenues across the U.S. region.

This role partners with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure effective management and deployment of resources, with up to 50% travel and a focus on customer retention. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in team leadership and sales management, strong technical understanding of networking, and outstanding

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience managing and developing a team

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales, service, acquisition and retention quotas
• Recruit, train, and mentor territory staff
• Ensure PT TTSMs comply with policies and track hours (25–30 per week)
• Travel to PT TTSMs as needed for follow-up training
• Coach and train on customer installations and referrals
• Manage territory results, inventory and reporting
• Maintain high-quality customer service and compliance policies
