The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years in sales, 3–5 years of people management, and strong communication skills. Remote collaboration with field staff and cross-functional teams is essential for success.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of sales success required (B2B preferred).
• 3–5 years of people management experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to analyze metrics and draw strategic conclusions.
• Experience working with remote field staff is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide sales leadership by managing a team responsible for selling to new hosts and growing host relationships.
• Set sales goals and pipeline targets; coach team to exceed seasonal objectives.
• Develop outreach strategies to engage new hosts and renew relationships.
• Plan host-centric community events to maximize sales value.
• Maintain gold-standard account management and long-term host relationships.
