Job summary

Heaven Hill Brands in the United States is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee distributor execution across Texas, ensuring adherence to brand policies, objectives, and promotional activity. This role monitors NSV, market depletions, pricing, and budgets within the distributor network while guiding sales teams.

You will coach and develop local teams, manage T&E, and stay informed on market trends, laws, and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Management, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum five years’ sales experience in spirits or wine industry and people management.
• Strong understanding of pricing, budgeting and promotional activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee distributor development and implementation of local merchandising programs and performance evaluations.
• Direct distributor selling activities to achieve sales, distribution and merchandising goals.
• Negotiate pricing with distributor management and educate distributor and sales staff.
• Provide monthly market activity reports and ensure execution aligns with Heaven Hill initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper pricing, compliance and execution.
