Zusammenfassung

Heaven Hill Brands is seeking a Central Regional Manager, On-Premise National Accounts to direct activities for key national accounts and exceed business plans.

This remote role requires seven years sales experience, including three in national accounts, plus strong analytical and communication skills. Travel throughout the Central United States is required; ideal base location Dallas, TX.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years sales, with 3+ years managing large national chains.
• Experience in distilled spirits/wine industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Nielsen data.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain relationships with key on-premise national accounts.
• Build long-term relationships with national account decision makers.
• Develop account level strategies, plans, and programs.
• Identify priorities and needs of accounts.
• Call on assigned accounts and maintain cross-functional relationships.
• Monitor depletions, shipments, pricing, and promotions.
• Communicate national initiatives and brand priorities.
• Create and execute programs for HQ accounts.
• Set metrics to evaluate pre-program potential and post-program gains.
• Inform management of progress and competitive changes.
