Job summary

Heaven Hill Brands seeks an On-Premise Channel Manager to execute strategic initiatives in San Antonio. You will lead distributor teams, train salespeople, and align with brand strategies to drive volume and pull through promotions.

You will manage local distributors, plan meetings, and report market activity to the Regional Manager, while ensuring brand compliance and strong relationships with key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in distilled spirits/wine supplier industry.
• Analytical skills to gather data from multiple sources and present to audiences.
• Sales and Marketing knowledge including strategy, promotion and selling.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-premise strategic initiatives in San Antonio.
• Manage distributors daily and ensure brand policies are followed.
• Train distributor salespeople and evaluate distributor execution.
• Support the Regional Manager and develop key on-premise accounts.
• Lead planning meetings with distributors and On-Premise Directors of Sales.
• Present and leverage our brands to drive volume and meet goals.
• Be visible at distributor offices and coordinate events.
• Provide monthly market activity reports to the Regional Manager.
